Permitted Use of the Site
The information and materials on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. You may use the site solely for the purpose of learning about and/or donating to The 1870 Society initiatives. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the site. In the event that the Site contains a mistaken description or a material typographical error, The 1870 Society reserves the right to refuse or cancel any donations placed to the extent implicated by the mistake, whether or not the donation has been confirmed and whether or not you have been charged for such donation. If your credit card has already been charged for the donation and it is cancelled, The 1870 Society shall issue you a credit (to your credit card account or otherwise) in the amount of the donation.
